Hypertension is a killer disease, and according to the National Family Health Survey, it is one of the main reasons of early deaths in India. Doctors all around the world are getting more and more patients of Hypertension every passing day. So what is the solution to this?

Well, the every beautiful Actress Bhagyashree, known for her movie ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ shared an easy-to-follow healthy and natural solution to this problem. She shares Health tips often on her social media pages, and recently posted her second dose of vaccination pictures.

Cinnamon for Hypertension

“Bring down your systolic pressure with this simple tip. Mix 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder with a 1/4 teaspoon honey and have it in the morning. Don’t have anything for 30 mins post that. Hypertension affects almost 1/8th of our population, so it’s about time we check our BP parameters. Cinnamon also helps for reducing your blood sugar, keeping your hunger hormones, Ghrelin in control and keeping your cholesterol in check. So spice up people.”

That’s one easy tip for sure as every Indian household has Cinnamon in their kitchens that is commonly used as a key spice for Indian cooking.
