The healthcare workers are miracle workers, and this is not something that needs reminding, especially in a year that will forever be defined as a Covid19 year. But this new series of Netflix ‘The Surgeon’s Cut’ is one of it’s kind documentary that profiles ground-breaking surgeons from across the globe as they approach varying ailments with revolutionary techniques.
A Must-watch Documentary
The Surgeon’s Cut is a glimpse into the world of surgery, and in the four-episode series, it reveals how approaches in care are rapidly changing as new treatments and methods are discovered. The series is about four areas of medicine -fetal medicine, neurosurgery, transplant surgery, and cardiology.

Premiered globally on Netflix this month, the trailer shows how it will get inside the minds of the medics, who treat their work as both art and war. The series explores how our understanding of the human body is constantly being reinvented. “There is no greater drama than the pure intensity of pioneering surgery. From life-saving procedures on an unborn child to brain surgery on an awake patient, we’ve captured some of the most dramatic and technically demanding procedures in modern medicine,” said executive producer James Van der Pool to the international press.
Events will be chronicled across four episodes named as “Saving Life Before Birth,” “Sacred Brain,” “Living Donor,” and “Heart & Soul.”
